1:1 Stage & Story coaching
A keynote, a storytelling night, a pitch: these moments can feel overwhelming.
Where to even start? What to tell and what to leave out? And how do you transform an idea that’s in your head into something that works on a stage?
In our coaching sessions, we prepare you for that specific stage together. We work on your story and its structure, and on how you bring it to life: your presence, your voice, your body, your timing.
We’ll help you find the version of you that shines brightest on stage, without turning you into a polished speaker mould. We believe every person has unique qualities as a communicator and that’s where we start building from.
Individual sessions in Berlin or online. Book a single session or a package of 3–5 sessions (recommended).

Speaker coaching for groups
You want your team to present something? A group of inspiring voices to share their stories at an event?
We coach your group from their first idea to the final performance. We either kick off with a group workshop or webinar on storytelling, or go straight into individual sessions.
One-on-one, we find the story worth telling, shape it for this audience, and get each speaker ready to stand on stage with it, in their own voice.
Our coaching is always human and at eye level.
In person, online, or a mix of both.

Expect to be on your feet: our workshops come from the theatre, so they’re playful, physical and based on learning by doing. Every workshop is tailored to you: a short survey beforehand helps us shape the content around your needs.

Storytelling evenings
Whether you already have the people, the purpose and the venue, or just an idea: we’ll help you turn it into a meaningful evening, that will stay with your audience for a long time.
From the theme to the line-up, from coaching the storytellers to writing the moderators’ script. Live music, audience interaction, a small exhibition on the side: whatever the event needs.
Want us to take care of more than the stories? Our team includes experienced event managers, so we can also arrange the venue, musicians, catering and production.
Hosting, moderation & facilitation
Some events need someone to hold the room.
As host, moderator, emcee or facilitator, we open the space, keep the energy up, and get people moving and talking to each other.
Want a group to really work together? We design and guide the process, from small-group conversations to co-creating ideas.
Everyone on our team has a background in the performing arts or moderation. In a discovery call, we’ll find the host whose energy fits your event best.
